Boyasa Docs

WooCommerce plugin

The boyasa-wordpress plugin adds Boyasa as a WooCommerce shipping method and lets store owners dispatch orders to nearby drivers straight from wp-admin.

1. Install

  1. Download the plugin zip from the plugin's repository.
  2. In wp-admin → Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin, upload the zip and activate it.
  3. A new Boyasa menu appears in the WordPress admin sidebar.

2. Configure API access

Under Boyasa → Settings → API Configuration:

  • API URL — defaults to https://api.boyasa.com.
  • API Key — the access token for your business account (see Authentication). Click Test Connection to confirm it works.

3. Set your store location

Under Store Location, enter your store's latitude and longitude — used to calculate delivery distance and fees for every order. The customer's shipping address is geocoded automatically for each order — via the Google Maps Geocoding API if you add a key here, or the free OpenStreetMap Nominatim service otherwise (no key required).

4. Delivery options

  • Auto-Create Deliveries — automatically create a Boyasa delivery order when a WooCommerce order moves to Processing.
  • Auto-Complete Orders — automatically mark the WooCommerce order Completed once the delivery is marked delivered.
  • Default Vehicle Type — Bike, Car, Van, or Truck, used when auto-creating deliveries.

5. Shipping method

Enable "Boyasa Delivery" as a shipping method under WooCommerce → Settings → Shipping for the zones you want to serve. Rates are calculated per order using your store location and the customer's shipping address.
